Does anyone know of a good cooking class where you visit a market first to buy the ingredients? A lot of the cooking classes I see advertised are organic farm based. (smile organic farm, thai akha kitchen , etc.) We want to do a class that is more advanced and/or focuses on the local regional dishes like khao soi? Also should we book ahead of time, or when we are in the city through our hostel?
