  Hello! Grabbed this in Thailand after a cooking class where we made a Wing Bean Salad with this chili paste. Any specific recommendation for recipes to use this? We really don’t have access to galangal or lime leaves but do have some other ingredients available. https://imgur.com/a/Qzf9Giw
