  Cooking Class with Market visit
  Hi. We are visiting Chaing Mai next week. Does anyone know of a good cooking class where you visit a market first to buy the ingredients? A lot of the cooking classes I see advertised are organic farm based. Although that also looks very good, we would like to visit a local market with the chef who can tell us more about the ingredients and markets

  Chiang Mai Cooking class focused on Local Dishes?
  Most of the cooking classes we've seen seem more westernized like Pad Thai or Fried Spring Rolls. (smile organic farm, thai akha kitchen , etc.) We want to do a class that is more advanced and/or focuses on the local regional dishes like khao soi? Also should we book ahead of time, or when we are in the city through our hostel?
