  I do muay thai, but want to pack on muscle mass, any tips?
  I've been working out way before muay thai, but even my trainer says, muay thai just shreds weight off you. I want to get much bigger, I'm currently 6'0, 83kg with 9% body fat, but I want to get a lot bigger muscle wise. Stopping muay thai is not an option.

  [Advice] Using a Muay Thai camp as a Newbie while cutting weight — good or bad idea?
  I’m currently on a clean bulk for the next 6 months, which should put me (25m 6ft) around 85–90 kg (muscle + some fat) . I’m also planning to book a 3-month Muay Thai camp in Thailand around mid-next year, which would line up with my cutting phase. How smart (or dumb) of an idea is this??
